Our most popular area, have your ceremony to a backdrop of pines and party later under the Big top! Surrounded by elegant gardens, flowers and lush greenery, our Big top/Front garden will leave you and your guests in awe and wanting more! Available April thru October or weather permiting.
The Mansion
Once a country getaway for Chicago financier Oscar Swan, we are now a beautifully appointed Bed and Breakfast. Nestled on seven acres of tranquil terrain, this is a perfect site for any special occassion. The English country mansion, with a fireplace & seven suites, is filled with antiques, touches of wicker, floral upholstery and rich floor coverings that inspire a homey feeling. A small swimming pool, surrounded by a brick patio and gardens enhance the gorgeously landscaped grounds during the summer months. The country mansion will accommodate wedding ceremonies and receptions with string quartets, dinner parties or any special event!
Back Patio
The back garden, amongst the outdoor swimming pool and lush foliage, features an outdoor courtyard that can accommadate up to 300 guests al fresco

The Gathering
A two-level restored barn dating to the early 1900's, "The Gathering" can accommodate up to 170 guests all year. A slate patio is also located outside the barn with beautiful gardens surrounding, making this the ideal location for cocktails before dinner!
